Kathleen Funchion: I appreciate what the Minister is saying about looking at that section, but if we even look at amendment No. 1 on its own, it gives a comprehensive list. The Minister said he would agree to look at the issue but amendment No.1 includes a comprehensive list. If it were accepted, that would show an intention to work collaboratively and address some of the concerns that exist.
