Pat Deering: I ask the Minister to address some of those issues as briefly as he can. There was a bit of repetition but there are a couple of different issues that have come up. One issue we missed on the previous occasion was the issue of fallen animals. Senator Mulherin suggested a potential subsidy for a period. Am I correct in saying those are the words the Senator used?
