Bernard Durkan: This is very appropriate to the Order of Business as there is a plethora of legislation on the introduction of which the Minister could have enlightened us. The Postal and Telecommunications Services Bill was on the Order Paper but has disappeared. If the Minister had waited for a further five minutes, he could have told us when he proposes to restore it to the Order Paper.
