The thousands of customers we are dealing with all pay a great deal of tax. They would want to know that the people they were paying their mortgage to also paid a fair share of tax. Pepper's statement was that it looks at the person, not just the paperwork, which is good on the face of it. I want to reconcile that with Pepper's failure to pass on a single cent in rate cuts for variable rate mortgages over a five year period. Reconcile those two matters for me....
