Brendan Griffin: I will be brief as the Minister of State is anxious to speak. I commend Deputy Naughten on introducing the Bill, the timing of which is apt given the dark and horrible news that entered the public domain again this week. This is progressive legislation. All efforts to address this issue should be encouraged. I commend Deputy Naughten's efforts.
