Brendan Smith: External file storage facilities are used by my Department and are mainly used to store currently inactive files that cannot be stored on-site in the Departments Office accommodation. The cost involved for my Department in off site storage of files amounts to .078 cents plus vat per week per storage box. The contract was organised by the Office of Public Works.
