Tom Neville: I commend Deputy Browne on bringing the Bill forward. I believe stigma is starting to break down but we still have a long way to go. It is probably different in different generations and I am very heartened by the fact that teenagers and the younger generation are much more open in the area of mental health. My own age group is not so open and older people are probably less open again....
