Dinny McGinley: I attended a meeting at Convoy, County Donegal, last Monday about a proposed group water scheme in the area. The contribution per participant is â¬3,500. An area such as this would benefit greatly from inclusion in the CLÃR programme. Does the Minister hold out hope for small communities, particularly those in farming areas, in east Donegal?
