Catherine Murphy: Regarding the Residential Tenancies Board and non-compliance with legislation, this is a significant matter. We are going to have to write to the board and the relevant Department in relation to that. Non-compliance with legislation would not come up very often in the context of things to which the Comptroller and Auditor General draws attention.
