Darragh O'Brien: I second that. Fianna Fáil agrees with the Bill and, as the Minister of State noted, we are in agreement with the full thrust. Members are dealing with a lot of legislation in this area and I do not believe there is any need to rehash the various points. It will come back if there are any significant changes. Consequently, I second the proposal that the Bill be passed.
