Bernard Durkan: I wish to raise three issues. The first two concern long-promised legislation, the national vetting bureau Bill which is imminent and the judicial council Bill which also has been promised. What progress has been made on the compilation and heads of the Bills and when they are likely to come before the House, given their urgency? The other issue is a different type of question.
