Rose Conway Walsh: Legislation has to be passed. The insurance companies refuse to act in good faith. This is unimaginable. They will not even tell people when a claim has been made against them. It really speaks volumes. It is indicative of how the insurance industry has not been impacted at all by any of the reforms.
