Mary Butler: IBEC outlined some concerns about the restrictive eligibility criteria for the Brexit loan schemes which, it stated, are overly focused on technological innovation. IBEC, Chambers Ireland and the British Irish Chamber of Commerce highlighted the reluctance of their members to take on additional debt.
