Brian Stanley: I would like to make a point about the collection of the €100 grant. We are being told that if we pay for this, some €100 in taxes will be taken off us with one hand and handed back to us with the other hand. Then it will be counted as income for Irish Water.

The Minister, Deputy Kelly, said for an hour and a half that he was talking about the number of occupied households. The Minister and the Minister of State cannot agree on this.
