Verona Murphy: They make all the decisions regarding roads. There are vast numbers of decisions made. In my case, 150,000 people live in Wexford and the local authority deals with them. If Mr. Doyle was employing senior officials at local authority level, would he say that they should be of the highest integrity, trustworthy and honest?
