Gerry Horkan: Senator Craughwell is next. He has an amendment too but he cannot move it yet because only one amendment can be dealt with at a given time. When the other amendment is disposed of and voted on, the Senator's amendment can then be moved, but he can speak to it now.

Gerry Horkan: Yes. There are two amendments. One has already been moved. Senator Craughwell's cannot be moved until the other has been disposed of one way or the other but he can speak to it now. The Senator has eight minutes.
