Sorca Clarke: I apologise, but can we go back to how the council defines excess corporation tax. What measures does it use? I appreciate the council is examining global activity and so on, but what is its definition of "excess"?

A large number of multinationals have been here for a considerable period. How long does an entity have to operate in Ireland before it becomes what might be called an established income generator?
