Joe Higgins: In view of the court decision yesterday on a case in which a couple were seriously injured, through no fault of their own, but Bus Éireann was also judged not to be responsible, which leaves a very unfair situation, will amending legislation be considered to ensure just compensation for those in circumstances such as this?
