Mary White: Everyone has the right to develop their own potential, have a job and reach for the stars in terms of their ambitions. The jewel in the crown of the Taoiseach's work is the delivery of the agreement with the public service unions. The transformation of the public service is a mega achievement. We saw it at the parliamentary party, which the Minister of State, Deputy Finneran, attended also.
