John McGuinness: I just want to mention the service from south Kilkenny to Waterford and from Gowran to Kilkenny. It requires immediate attention because of the number of families affected. Is it money on the short term from the markets? Who makes the decisions around that? What structure is there to say that the risk will be mixed and a set rate will be taken, as we would do in our own economy? Who looks at that?
