Seán Canney: I raise a very simple but important issue for farmers. When they make an application for their grants and entitlements, they may run into a situation where they make a human error or tick the wrong box and there is no chance to rectify such errors. In some cases, including in my constituency of Galway East, a large number of farmers are being penalised for simple errors.
