Colm Brophy: Does Coimisiún na Meán have any role in channels that are effectively on platforms - the equivalent of Sky or Virgin Media or anything like that? Mr. Godfrey is saying that the country of origin is the primary regulator for that but the content of those channels is being provided and redistributed through an Irish service.
