Kieran O'Donnell: I know the point the Deputy is making but in the section it is clearly signalled and flagged where we reference Part 6. Part 6 deals specifically with environmental assessments. It is like this when you write anything. The Deputy is saying to be sure to be sure. We have to have a structure in legislation.
