Robert Troy: On two previous occasions I asked about the Adoption Act 2010 and the Taoiseach and the Tánaiste indicated that the Government might be willing to bring forward an amendment to the Act to facilitate three Irish families caught in a legal limbo in seeking Russian adoptions. Time is of the essence in these cases. Will the amendment be brought before the House before the Christmas recess?
