Billy Timmins: I am sure the Minister will agree that we need to consider re-allocating resources and amending the legislation to provide a greater role for the EU scrutiny committee. I am calling, not for the appointment of additional public servants, but for a rebalancing of the staff that support committees by way of a radical overhaul of the committee system.
