Micheál Martin: The sexual abuse regional team has reviewed Tusla's handling of the case. What is striking is that in one paragraph it says it is also not clear why a decision to proceed with the allegation was made without the co-operation and corroboration of the alleged victim and without having formed some opinion with regard to the credibility of the allegation referred.
