Bernard Durkan: Good. Now I come to the second question on promised legislation. There is a proposal to introduce a Bill to provide for a new risk equalisation scheme for health insurance. Given the problems of the health insurance industry and the costs in the health area in general, when is it intended to bring that Bill to the House? Have the heads been studied, worked upon, agreed or discussed in Cabinet?
