Robert Troy: I am just making the point that the ban on sports sponsorship by the alcohol companies has not been brought into play. It needs to be looked at, in conjunction with the issue that is being looked at, that of below cost selling, and a wider range of issues. Dr. Shannon has rightly outlined that it is the root cause of many of our social problems.
