Pearse Doherty: I move: That leave be granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to amend the Freedom of Information Act 1997 and the Freedom of Information (Amendment) Act 2003. This Bill will give effect to bringing NAMA under the Freedom of Information Act and will return the fee structure and appeal structure to pre-2003 levels.
