Mary Butler: I thank the Minister of State. It is important that the rates of pay, pension and sick pay for defined workers in the electrical contracting sector are defined. As with the SEO that was before us two weeks ago, this order is very welcome because it puts matters on a statutory footing. The Minister of State said that the order will come into effect on 1 September. Is that correct?
