Diarmuid Wilson: To clarify the position, we have until 4 p.m. to deal with Committee Stage and there is no rush or panic. As we get to the different sections, the Minister of State can deal with specific queries from Senators. There is no time constraint. The only difficulty that might arise is if we do not reach a conclusion by 4 p.m., as the order is that the Bill must be finished or adjourned at that stage.
