Denis O'Donovan: In both Sweden and Finland there was a huge issue of the involvement of Russian gangs in trafficking. That has stopped. While there might have been an increase in sex tourism, where Swedish men are leaving Sweden to go elsewhere, the evidence we got from sincere senior people was that the trafficking of women into Sweden had declined dramatically and that was only three months ago.
