Noel Dempsey: I will ask the officials to convey that request to the Minister concerned because as the Deputy rightly stated, the provisions deal with tenant purchase schemes, the sale of flats, the strengthening of the powers of local authorities to deal with anti-social behaviour, and so on. This is certainly an area where Members of this House and members of local authorities would have expertise.
