Dominic Hannigan: Time is the major issue. I thank Dr. Barrett for his very comprehensive report and his engagement with members. I propose that we send a transcript of today's proceedings to the Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade and invite him to attend a meeting of the committee to give his comments, particularly on such issues as the Swedish model.
