Catherine Murphy: There is a real issue with IFI and governance. We had several discussions here about practices that were quite mind-boggling. There was to be follow-up. I cannot recall exactly but I think there was to be a report. It is important that we have that report or that it is completed before IFI comes before the committee in order for us to have some meat in the content of the meeting.
