David Stanton: When will the Government make proposals on Dáil reform to change Standing Orders, as referred to in the programme for Government? The Opposition has published proposals and I therefore wonder when the Government will do so. By doing so, we will be able to have a proper, meaningful discussion on the amendment of Standing Orders so we can enter the 21st century in this House.
