When did the board start alerting the Department to that deficiency? I ask Ms Buckley to go back on that and come back to us with accurate information on it.

Will Ms Buckley also give us some information about the staffing numbers prior to and then after that process and whether they were evaluated as being sufficient?

Catherine Murphy: Very quickly on the point that the Chair made, the make-up of a board does matter. There could be three people, for example, from the construction industry and three from somewhere else. The board will always have to be mixed. When does An Bord Pleanála think it will get back to the point where people will be appointed from the cohorts that give that more rounded mix to the board?
