Bernard Durkan: I do not want to disappoint the Ceann Comhairle. I will intervene again, but I wanted to support my constituency colleague, as his comments were true. The use of the guillotine to ram through legislation in an undemocratic fashion that is abusive to the Houses of Parliament has become commonplace.

Bernard Durkan: I have three issues regarding promised legislation. Apropos respite places and the issue referred to by the Taoiseach to the effect that only 130 places would be affected, is that figure of 130 extra or is it included in the number of places already closed down?
