If we are talking about an increase in suicidality for six months after diagnosis and if you are dealing with someone who seven, eight, nine, ten or 12 months later is still saying assisted death is the choice he or she wants to make, is that not differentiating himself or herself from that initial suicidality post-diagnosis?
