Louise O'Reilly: I have a question on that point. There has been a fair amount of discussion of this issue recently, but Mr. O'Brien appears to be suggesting nothing has changed since September. Have a large number of applicants been turned down? Could it be the case that GPs are not aware of the programme? It would be quite worrying, if that was the case, but I do not think it is.
