Steven Matthews: Regarding amendments Nos. 229 and 230, the Minister of State confirmed earlier that MARA would be highly resourced, supported and up and running in a timely manner to meet the expected planning demands and requests that will be placed on it. Steven Matthews: I would agree with the Minister of State. I do not think 90 days in an excessive amount of time to wait. On that basis I will withdraw amendments Nos. 229 and 230, which are related. I thank the Minister of State for his response.
