Ivana Bacik: There is still a commitment, as there is in the programme for Government, to introduce climate change legislation. Let us not forget that the Fianna Fáil Government dragged its feet and prevaricated for years in the face of pressure from the Green Party in Government and never brought in the climate change Bill it had promised.
