Tom Fleming: The Minister of State, Deputy Brian Hayes, witnessed at first hand the devastation and turmoil that have been experienced in coastal and inland parts of County Kerry when he visited the county last week. It is unfortunate that time constraints prevented the Minister of State from visiting all the crisis areas in the county.
