I am not clear, however, why the Government, the Minister, the Attorney General and the HSE have mounted a full defence against a claim lodged by a family perfectly legitimately. Regarding the safety review of the Corrib gas field, the report of which he is now considering, when are we likely to see it published? Is it likely to recommend extra safety features or a change of direction to bringing the gas ashore? Perhaps the Minister might comment on that.
