Róisín Shortall: The Minister said that already. There is a direct conflict of evidence between the two Departments and we need to get to the bottom of it. That is in the public interest. Otherwise, we will continue with the kind of dysfunctional system of funding the health service. We need to revisit it if it is the case that the email was not seen. If it was seen, it raises even more serious issues.
