Seán Sherlock: How much will all this cost the ordinary taxpayer? How much will it cost the ordinary taxpayer to fund the loan, the bailout or whatever? In its quarterly report, dated October 2010, the Central Bank stated that the unemployment rate next year would be about 13.3%. I want to know what the permutations of this current initiative will have for the unemployment rate next year.
