Jan O'Sullivan: Yes. A juvenile justice Act, known as the Children Act, has been passed by the Oireachtas but has not been fully commenced into law. Particular elements of that Act would make parents responsible and bring them into court in regard to young people's activities. There is a real problem in Limerick with youngsters.

Jan O'Sullivan: In reply to the question about the lady in the Mater Hospital, the Tánaiste referred to reforms in the health service. There have been no such reforms. A young woman, Tania McCabe, died in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda, in childbirth.
