John McGuinness: Does the Central Bank carry out an analysis of complaints made, how they were dealt with, outcomes and so on? Ms McEvoy might also address the issue of not replying to consumers. If they go to the bother of making a complaint to the Central Bank, surely they are entitled to hear about the outcome?
