Phil Hogan: Start there in order to find the money necessary to ensure that we eliminate bureaucracy and put viability back into farm incomes. The Minister picked the wrong priorities in terms of stopping young people getting into farming and in cutting the incomes in disadvantaged areas by 25%. He has no priority for agriculture and that is why I commend the Fine Gael motion to the House.
