Bernard Durkan: That is correct. The Report Stage of a Bill is not the most long-drawn out or tedious Stage and my question is simple. Based on its progress to date, is it anticipated that this Bill will appear or emerge in this House before the end of this session?

Bernard Durkan: The Ceann Comhairle and the entire country is aware that it is before the Seanad. However, no one but the Tánaiste knows whether it will come before this House. I seek clarification in this regard.
